Powerpal 'T' range turbine sets are complete 'water to wire' systems with integral alternator, ballast controller and flow control valves. They generate 230 Vac single phase (standard UK domestic supply ) or 415 V 3ph ac (standard UK industrial and agricultural) directly from the machine, no inverters or batteries are needed.

Suitable on sites with head height of 24 to 34 metres and flows of 33 to 80 litres per second. The synchronous generators support grid connection or direct off grid consumption.

T8

Single nozzle version for heads from 24 to 34 metres (79 to 112 feet)  and power output of 4.7kW to 8kW.

Flow requirement  33 to 40 l/sec, 436 to 528 (UK) Gallons per minute .

Standard output is 230 AC 50Hz 1ph.
Other outputs also available are, 400-415  3ph 50Hz, 110V  AC 60Hz 1ph, 190-207 3ph 60Hz and DC versions to 20kW.

T16

Twin nozzle version for higher flow handling from the same head range ( see specs ) Power output from 9.4 to 16kW AC, 8 to 20kW DC. Flow requirement 66 to 79 l/sec, 872 to 1043 UK gallons per minute.

These mid range turgo machines are ideal for applications requiring reliable high power sites. With just one rotating component and generous water handling abilities the 'T' range can operate with minimal attendance yet deliver staggering energy levels.
The ballast maintains turbine load regardless of consumer demand and diverts unused power into the hot water or heating system.
